Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all TinyToolApps mobile applications (“Apps”) and websites (“Sites”). By using any TinyToolApps App or Site, you agree to these Terms.
1) About TinyToolApps
“TinyToolApps” refers to an independent (“indie”) developer publishing multiple small tools and utilities. Some Apps may include optional premium features, subscriptions, or advertising.
2) App-store/platform terms
If you download an App from a platform (e.g., Google Play or the Apple App Store), your use is also subject to that platform’s terms. Purchases and subscriptions (if offered) are typically processed by the platform, not directly by TinyToolApps.
3) License and acceptable use
- We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Apps/Sites for your own lawful purposes.
- You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
- You may not use the Apps/Sites to violate laws, infringe rights, or distribute harmful content.
4) User content
Some Apps allow you to input content (text, lists, photos, files, prompts, etc.). You are responsible for the content you provide and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. We may process your content to provide the requested functionality (see Privacy Policy).
5) AI features (if applicable)
If an App offers AI-based functionality, outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use results. Do not rely on outputs as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or safety advice).
6) Premium features, trials, subscriptions (if applicable)
- Premium access may be offered via subscription or one-time purchase.
- Trials, pricing, and renewal terms are shown in the relevant App and/or store listing.
- Managing or canceling subscriptions is done through the platform where you subscribed.
7) Ads (if applicable)
Some Apps/Sites may display advertisements. Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks and can be subject to their policies.
8) Disclaimers
The Apps/Sites are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that outputs will meet your requirements.
9) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyToolApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Apps/Sites.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an App/Site if we believe there is misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Apps/Sites at any time.
11) Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and publish the new version at this URL.
